All orders are delivered from our Business Bay studio. Delivery is free on orders over AED 1,100 — a flat AED 30 fee applies below that, or choose free Store Pickup at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking update once your order ships.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging:
